These spacious, 1 & 2 bedroom ground floor air conditioned and heated apartments are located in the relaxing Quinta dos Brejos private condominium with pools and gardens, ideally situated between the Old Town and the lively new strip. The one bed sleeps 4, consisting of 1 double bedroom and twin sofa beds,2 BR sleeps 6. Furniture, fabrics & fittings may vary as there are several ground floor apartments in this block.

The lounge has satellite flat screen TV. It has a large tiled & heated bathroom with power shower, bidet, bath & WC. There is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.

The open plan lounge dining room leads through patio doors to the spacious patio with furniture and extensive garden with comfortable sun loungers & parasols.

Only 200yds from restaurants, bars,supermarket & shops. The new Algarve Golf Academy with restaurant / bar is only a few minutes walk away, along with a new park, Close to the Old Town, New Strip, sandy beaches, water parks, Zoomarine, Algarve Shopping Centre, bus station and Local market.

Albufeira consists of 2 separate areas, 'The Old Town' with its cobbled streets, shops & restaurants & 'The New Strip' with clubs, bars, restaurants and plenty of night life going on until the early hours of the morning. Where the apartment is located in Quinta Dos Brejos, is about in between both areas & is ideally situated. If you don't have a car, the bus stop is only about 150yds & costs 1.10E & a taxi back is 3.25E approx or you could always walk. You can hire bikes and mopeds in quite a few locations. The biggest shopping centre in the Algarve is only 10 minutes away by car and has over 150 shops. Also nearby is Zoo-marine, with its water parks, restaurants, 4D cinema & you can swim with the dolphins. Other attractions nearby include Slide & Splash, Aqualand, Aquashow & the local Gypsey Market is only 500yds away. The nearby Golf Courses are world class & plentiful & Vilamoura Marina is well worth a visit. Albufeira Marina has great activities at night such as go-karting etc
