This secure property is accessed through a PVC front door immediately up a marble staircase to the first floor with spacious hallway, all the rooms are on this floor, the second flight of stairs leads up to a 40ft x 30ft roof terrace with superb views over the beach and marina entrance, across to your right. There is also secure gated parking at the side of the property although a car is not necessary in this central location. All three bedrooms, lounge/dining area & kitchen have patio doors leading on to balconies and are fitted with locking shutters.

Close to Beach / Promenade / Old Town : The property is situated in a prime location approximately 100 metres from the top of the escalator which leads directly to the sea front restaurants, beach and the old town square. It commands views across the old town and beach. It is out of earshot of the lively bars and music of the town centre.

Golf: Top golf courses are within 15 minutes drive at Vilamoura and Salgados. The new Algarve Golf Academy is 5 minutes drive and they also have a restaurant and bar, driving range, etc..
